When will I receive my order?
Our local orders (within Birmingham) are delivered by our delivery team. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time Monday-Thursday. Postal Orders are sent out Monday- Thursday using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. Orders placed after 10am Thursday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. If an email address is provided at the point of sale we will be able to provide you with tracking information.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If after 48 hours your order hasn't arrived and you've checked the tracking information please contact us for further assistance using email@example.com so we can track your order. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not allow us to make a claim for a lost item until 10 days has passed so please be patient with us while we try to trace your order.
