When will I receive my order?
Due to the ongoing and changing situation with Covid-19, we are operating a limited service whereby all orders received by Monday 5pm will be dispatched by Wednesday morning with the Royal Mail using 'First Class'. Orders placed after Monday 5pm will be processed the following week.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived by the Saturday following the Monday cut-off, please contact us on i so we can track your order. Unfortunately Royal Mail do not allow us to make a claim for a lost item until 10 days has passed so please be patient with us while we try to trace your order.
