Tangy Lemon Cake Ingredients: Gluten free oat flour, granulated sugar, icing sugar (sugar, anti caking agent: calcium phosphate), water, gluten free oat milk (water, gluten free oats, sunflower oil, salt), vegetable oil (rapeseed), dairy free margarine (Vegetable Oils (Sunflower (21%), Rapeseed, Palm); Water; Salt; Emulsifiers – E471, Sunflower Lecithin; Preservative – Potassium Sorbate; Acid – Lactic Acid; B Vitamins (Niacin, B6, B2, Folic Acid & B12); Flavouring; Colours – Annatto, Curcumin), milled flaxseed, lemon juice (water, concentrated lemon juice, lemon oil, potassium metabisulphite (Sulphites)), raising agent: gluten free baking powder (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), raising agent: bicarbonate of soda, humectant: vegetable glycerine (E422), salt, natural lemon flavouring.
